Roof replacement project for several buildings at Old Court Metro Station in Baltimore, MD.

The 2015 project featured roof renovation for two buildings at the Old Court Metro Station – the concrete canopy roof above the station platform and the roof above the ticketing area building. The two roofs were at the end of their lifecycle, lacked appropriate slopes for drainage, and had insufficient drainage systems causing standing water and leakage. The project included roof replacement with a white TPA Membrane roofing system, augmenting existing roof slopes, raising curbs and parapets, and improving the drainage system and access to the canopy roof by adding a steel ladder.
